When do I pay — weekly or upfront?
You can pay weekly as you go, or commit to the full course upfront and receive a 15% discount. Weekly payment gives you flexibility; full-course commitment gives you the best rate and ensures uninterrupted support. We discuss the best option for your situation when you get started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Payment is processed securely and you receive confirmation immediately. Contact us to discuss the payment method that works best for you.
Can I support multiple classes at once?
Yes. Many students work with PMA on two or more classes simultaneously. Pricing applies per class per week. Contact us about multi-class arrangements — we can often bundle and discuss volume pricing for students managing a heavier load.
What if I need to pause or stop support?
Life happens. If you're paying weekly, you can pause or stop at any time — no penalty, no questions asked. If you've paid for a full course upfront, we'll credit unused weeks toward a future engagement. We're partners, not a subscription trap.
